Promo codes
Promo codes give guests a percentage discount when they enter a code at booking. You create and manage them under Settings → Marketing → Promo Codes.
Creating a promo code
Section titled “Creating a promo code”Each promo code has:
| Field | What it does |

| Name | An internal label so you know what the code is for. |
| Code | The code guests type in. Enter your own, or use Generate to create one. |
| Discount % | The percentage taken off. |
| Max uses | How many times the code can be redeemed in total before it stops working. |
| Expires | The date after which the code is no longer valid. |
Using promo codes with events
Section titled “Using promo codes with events”Promo codes are accepted where an Event access profile lists them - the Event profile has a promo codes field. Attach the codes you want to accept for a given event, and guests can apply them in the booking wizard.
Managing usage
Section titled “Managing usage”- Max uses caps redemptions - once the limit is reached the code stops working.
- If you need to give a code a fresh run, you can reset its uses to put the count back to zero without creating a new code.
- Set or extend the expiry to control how long a code stays live.
