Exports
When you need the underlying rows - for your accountant, a spreadsheet, or your own records - use Analytics → Exports. You can download five kinds of data across all your venues:
| Export | What’s in it |
|---|---|
| Guest list | Every guest, aggregated - visits, covers, spend, segment and recency. |
| Events | Per-event performance - capacity, sold, attended, sell-through and revenue. |
| Reservations | Your bookings and reservations, including upcoming ones. |
| Payments | Payments taken. |
| Vouchers | Vouchers issued and redeemed. |
Formats
Section titled “Formats”Each export can be downloaded as:
- a spreadsheet (CSV) to open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets, or
- a print-friendly page you can “Save as PDF” from your browser.
How far back
Section titled “How far back”A window control sets how far back to include (up to 12 months). Reservations and Events also include what’s upcoming; Guest list, Payments and Vouchers are historical.
What’s included depends on your access
Section titled “What’s included depends on your access”Exports respect the same access levels as the rest of analytics:
- Guest list and Reservations with guest names, emails and phone numbers need guest access.
- Payments and Vouchers money columns need revenue access.
- Events needs at least base analytics access (which everyone with an Analytics grant already has).
Guests who’ve been deleted are anonymised in the output, so an export never re-exposes someone who asked to be removed.
