Vouchers

Vouchers are a great way to treat someone - or yourself - to a night out. You buy them from a venue’s page, and they can be spent at that venue (and its sister venues).

Buying or gifting a voucher

On a venue page, tap Gift a voucher (shown for venues that offer them) to open the voucher wizard.

1. Choose an amount. Pick one of the set values, or enter a custom amount if the venue allows it (within the stated range). Set the quantity you want - the running total updates as you go.
2. Who’s it for? Add an optional recipient name and a short message (up to 300 characters), then choose delivery: Send to the recipient or Send to me. If it’s a gift, add the recipient’s email.
3. Pay. Review the summary - venue, amount, quantity, delivery and total - then pay with a saved card, a new card, or a device wallet (Apple Pay / Google Pay).

Your card is charged now, and the voucher is emailed once the payment completes - to the recipient if it’s a gift, or to you if you kept it. Each voucher arrives as its own card showing a unique code and value.

Viewing a voucher you own

Vouchers you’ve bought (or been given) appear alongside your bookings. Open one to see its detail page:

Detail	What it shows
Value	The voucher’s face value, with a status pill.
Code	The unique voucher code, in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
Expires	The expiry date, or No expiry.
Venue	The venue it belongs to.
Valid at	Any sister venues where it can also be used.

Tap Show QR code to bring up a full-screen QR containing the same code.

Redeeming at the venue

To spend a voucher, present the code or QR to staff at the venue and they’ll redeem it for you. There’s no in-app “redeem” button - redemption happens at the door or till.

No partial balance

A voucher is redeemed all at once - it’s used in a single go, and there’s no partial or remaining balance to carry over. Spend it in one visit for its full value.
