Creating your account
Your Sidedoor account is free, works at every venue on the platform, and takes under a minute to set up.
Register
Section titled “Register”Head to the sign-in page and choose the Register tab, then fill in:

| Where your sign-in links, confirmations and vouchers are sent. | |
| Mobile | Your contact number for bookings. |
| Password | At least 8 characters. |
You’ll also pick a role. As a guest, choose “I’m going out” - that’s selected by default. (The other options are for venue operators, promoters and partners.)
Finally, agree to the terms and submit. That’s it - you’re in.
One account across every venue
Section titled “One account across every venue”There’s no need to register separately for each place you visit. Your single Sidedoor account carries your profile, saved cards, keys, membership, bookings and vouchers across every venue on the platform. Book a table at one venue tonight and join a guest list somewhere else next week - all from the same account.
Claiming an account created for you
Section titled “Claiming an account created for you”If you’ve already interacted with Sidedoor without signing up - for example, by buying a voucher or being added to a guest list through a venue’s own website - a passwordless account was created for you behind the scenes, using your email.
To claim it and everything attached to it:
- Go to Register and sign up using the same email address you used before.
- Set a password.
Your earlier bookings, vouchers and guest-list spots stay with you - nothing is lost. From then on you can sign in normally, with a password or a magic link.
