Your network
Sidedoor is better with friends. Your network lets you connect with people you go out with, so you can see who’s out tonight and make plans together.
Find it via the Network tab in the bottom navigation.
Connections
Section titled “Connections”Your connections appear as tiles on the Network screen. When friends are out, they can show up in the “Connections active tonight” rail on your home screen.
Inviting friends
Section titled “Inviting friends”To connect with someone, choose Share invite link. This creates a single-use link you can send to a friend - when they open it, you’re connected. Each link works once, so generate a fresh one for each person you invite.
Privacy: who sees when you’re out
Section titled “Privacy: who sees when you’re out”You’re in control of your visibility. The “Let connections see when I’m out” toggle decides whether your connections can see when you’re at a venue.
- On - your connections can see when you’re out, and you may appear in their “active tonight” rail.
- Off - your nights stay private.
Removing a connection
Section titled “Removing a connection”To remove someone, open their tile and remove the connection. They’ll no longer be linked to you or see when you’re out.
