Managing your bookings

The Bookings tab in the bottom navigation is your home for everything you’ve booked - table reservations, guest-list spots, event tickets and the vouchers you own, all in one list.

Each row shows a thumbnail, a type badge, the venue or event name, the key details (date, time, party size) and a status pill, with a quick button to open the QR code.

To find something fast, open the filter sheet:

Filter Options
Quick Today, This week, This month, Upcoming, Past, or Any.
From / To A custom date range.
Status Filter by booking status.
Type Bookings, guest lists, events or vouchers.

Tap any booking to see its full detail, including cells for Date, Time, Party, Type and Status, plus:

  • Deposit - the amount, and whether it’s held, charged or released.
  • Add-ons - any extras you added.
  • The venue’s cancellation policy.

From here you can Cancel, rebook, or Show QR.

To cancel, open the booking and choose Cancel. A few rules apply:

  • A booking that’s already been paid can’t be cancelled here.
  • A booking you’ve already checked in to can’t be cancelled.
  • When you cancel, any card hold is released back to you.
  • Cancelling a guest-list spot releases your place and refunds the held keys.

At the door, staff scan your booking’s QR code. Open the booking and tap Show QR to bring up a large, bright QR sheet.
